As the name suggests this consultation is all about glorious colour!

In my experience choosing a room’s colours can cause the biggest interior dilemmas.  Everyone has a view on colour, don’t they?  So surely it can’t be that difficult?  Well . . .

‘Should we go bright & bold or would a neutral scheme work better?’

‘What about the ceiling & woodwork?  Do we keep them white or choose an accent colour?’

‘How do we work around the architecture of the room & the existing furniture?’

‘What colours work in a period property?’

‘My room is north-facing. Will my preferred colours work?’

‘I want to use different colours in different rooms but how do I get the spaces to connect?’

These are just a few of the questions I’m asked on a regular basis and they are all great questions! Architecture, room direction, property age, light source & room flow are all areas for consideration when picking colours for your home not to mention the most important of all – your personal colour preferences and how you want to feel in the space!
